- Blades will auto swing to center by the centrifugal force when the spindle rotate to specified RPM.
- To set up before to start up production required enameled wire to be placed at center of the blade and start increase the speed till the blades start swing and enough force apply on peel of coating. Once the Blade holds firmly on wire now you may start remove wire (takeout slowly) now you can see the wire enamel peel off.
- Depend on the wire ejection speed one can increase decrease speed according to the operator skill the spindle start and stop can be controlled with foot switch.
- Provided acrylic guard so to protect finger and to avoid splash of peeled enamel around. Use proper dust collect Box below the acrylic guard.
- While setting please ensure cutter doesn’t remove copper and only peeling enamel if require adjust the speed if problem not satisfactory please examine the blades change blades if necessary.
- While placing copper to center of blades one has to ensure straightening of wire, bend wire may cause damage to cutter and shorten the cutter life.
